We hired KIS to clean out our house----36 years of living, collecting and working in the space. Lots and lots of items left from our parents, plus items from friends, etc. The were very professional, very nice to work with and very efficient in getting everything done on time and within the price they quoted. We could never have done it ourselves within the time frame of having the house sold and the closing date.
